BENEFITING TEENS WHILE HITTING THE GREEN!
Benefiting area teenagers is the reason for the annual Youth for Christ Golf Classic, and we have a great time while doing it! This year's scramble will be held Wednesday, June 5th at White Springs Golf Club. The day will be marked by non-stop food service, an uplifting atmosphere, and plenty of prizes and camaraderie as well. Another highlight will be hearing from a student that has been helped through Youth for Christ as a result of what people have contributed in the past. Golfers can either raise pledges to benefit kids or simply pay to play. There is also a “Gold Class” option where golfers can receive more gifts and amenities while doubling their donation to the cause. Business sponsors are being sought as well. Those interested in playing may register as an individual or a team. Cost to play is $100 for individuals and $350 for a team, but those that raise or pay double the required amount will be considered “Gold Class”, which means they will be entitled to a special menu that includes steak sandwiches, a YFC golf shirt, and other gifts; plus they will be waited on attentively by teenagers involved in the ministry
