Ok, maybe you disagree with that statement, BUT… hear me out. Don’t you think cornhole is more relaxing (and easier) than pickleball? SO…how about giving it a chance at Youth for Christ’s Toss for Teens Cornhole Tournament Fundraiser on Friday evening, August 7th??
This fun and relaxing tournament (unless you’re a super competitive cornhole player!) will take place from 6:30 – 9 p.m. during YFC’s Summerfest and Mainstreet Greenville’s First Friday events. The tournament is one of three yearly fundraising events which are necessary to help continue the important work of YFC’s ministry to young people in our community.
It’s easy to sign up! Just contact the YFC office at office@yfcmiamivalley.org or call 937-548-2477. The cost to sign up is $200 per team, which can be paid outright or can be raised through pledges. Each player will receive a T-shirt and a voucher for free concessions at Summerfest. And if players raise money for the cause, the top fundraisers will receive prizes like: Dinner and a Sunset Boat Cruise on Lake St. Mary’s, a $100 Top Golf Gift Card or 4 Darke County Fair passes, just to name a few options.
There is a limit on how many teams can sign up due to space, so sign up early to ensure your spot!
