YFC is in it for the long haul with the youth of our community and this
year’s golfers are “going long” for YFC in the Annual Youth for Christ Golf Classic. If you love to golf, this YFC event involves a relaxed round of play along with good friends and like-minded colleagues. If you love to eat, there will be non-stop food available beginning with doughnuts and coffee when you arrive as well as freshly grilled burgers and hot dogs the rest of the day. If you love to serve Jesus, this is your chance to do it. And if you care about our youth, your participation will make a lasting difference in the lives of many!
Wednesday, June 11th is the date for this opportunity and White Springs Golf Club is the place where golfers tee off for YFC’s 35th annual Youth for Christ Golf Classic. The day will be marked by non-stop food service, an uplifting atmosphere, plenty of prizes and great camaraderie with other players.
One of the best aspects of the outing, though, is hearing students share about how God has used the ministry of Youth for Christ to help transform their life. Our golfers get to have fun AND make a significant difference at the same time! Golfers can either raise pledges to benefit youth or simply pay to play at a cost of $100 for an individual or $350 per team. There is also a “Gold Class” option where golfers can receive more gifts and amenities while doubling their donation to the cause. Business sponsors are being sought as well.
