Summerfest 2025 was a great success! Business sponsors and “Toss for Teens” Cornhole sponsors helped YFC raise necessary funds to keep ministry going in our local school districts. The evening included carnival games set up by area churches, tours of city service vehicles and even a meet and greet with exotic animals from the nature center! Donated brats, pulled pork, chips, desserts and drinks were available at a concession stand with proceeds going towards the total raised.
Summerfest was not only a fun event for the community, but $21,250 was raised to continue to provide trusted adult mentors for the teens and pre-teens in our communities. These mentors build relationships with young people through one on one appointments, group hang out times, intentional small groups, trips and events and Campus Life gatherings before, during and after school to help them as they navigate life and faith.
